Terms of Service

Welcome to AdDrop. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AdDrop platform and services. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use AdDrop.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using AdDrop, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. If you are using AdDrop on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice on the service at least 30 days before changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you may close your account.

3. Description of Service

AdDrop is an AI-powered real estate marketing platform that generates ad campaigns from property listing data. You provide property details and photos, and our service uses artificial intelligence to create ad copy tailored for multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, print advertising, direct mail, and more.

Beta Service: AdDrop is currently in beta. During beta:

  • The service is free of charge
  • Usage is limited to 2 campaigns per user per rolling 7-day period
  • Features may change, be added, or removed without notice
  • The service is provided on an “as available” basis with no uptime guarantees

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

4. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate information during registration
  • You must not share your credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • One account per person — duplicate accounts may be terminated
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

5. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You agree to use AdDrop in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
  • Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent property information
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or use automated tools to access the service (except as expressly permitted)
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • Upload malware or malicious code
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the service
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or our staff
  • Use generated ad copy in a way that violates applicable advertising laws and regulations

Violations may result in warning, suspension, or termination of your account.

6. Your Content

Ownership: You retain all rights to the property data, photos, descriptions, and other content you provide to AdDrop (“Your Content”). We claim no ownership over Your Content.

License to Us: By submitting Your Content, you grant AdDrop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide the service (including sending it to our AI provider for ad generation). This license terminates when you delete Your Content or your account.

Your Responsibilities: You represent that you have the right to submit all content you provide, including the right to use property photos and listing information. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Content.

AI-Generated Output: Ad copy and campaigns generated by AdDrop using your input are provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before using it in actual marketing. See our Disclaimer for important information about AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

The AdDrop service, including its design, code, logos, branding, and documentation, is owned by AdDrop or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials without permission. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of AI-generated content.

AdDrop is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill
  • Damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service
  • Damages arising from AI-generated content, including inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading ad copy
  • Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account
  • Service interruptions, errors, or bugs

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the service is limited to $100 USD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AdDrop from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your Content or your use of the service
  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights
  • Your use of AI-generated content in marketing materials

10. Termination

By You: You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@addrop.com.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, prolonged inactivity, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the service ceases immediately
  • Your account data will be retained for 30 days (for account recovery), then permanently deleted
  • The following sections survive termination: Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Intellectual Property, and Dispute Resolution

11. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Informal Resolution: Before filing any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at support@addrop.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes not resolved informally shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Montana, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Small Claims: Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court if the claim qualifies.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and AdDrop regarding the service. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
